Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a paid design consultation, a focused working session lasting 60–90 minutes. This is your opportunity to gain clarity and direction for your project, while we take the time to understand your home, your lifestyle, and your vision.
We’ll review architectural plans, discuss the project scope, budget, and timelines, and provide initial ideas and inspiration. This session includes travel within the Auckland region, as well as any pre-consultation research, such as reviewing architectural plans.
01

Fixed-Fee Design Package
Once the project scope is clear, we’ll create a tailored design package with a fixed fee. This gives you certainty over costs upfront and allows for clear budgeting. Your package will cover the design stages you require, from initial concepts to final presentation and quotations.
02

Schematic Design
To establish the overall vision for your home, we develop a Schematic Design, which serves as a guiding framework for the project. This includes suggested colour palettes, materials, textures, and furniture selections to create a cohesive look. It acts as a foundation for all design decisions moving forward.
03

Design Presentation
At this stage, we refine the details that will make your home truly unique. We source and specify finishes, materials, and products, covering everything from kitchen and bathroom fixtures to flooring, lighting, paint colours, window treatments, and furniture.
You’ll receive detailed quotes, including any trade discounts, to provide a clear picture of costs before final decisions are made. We present the design through mood boards, samples, and showroom visits where necessary.

Bringing Your Design to Life
With the design finalised, we oversee the execution, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality. We collaborate with architects, builders, and tradespeople to keep everything aligned. We handle product orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any challenges that arise—supporting you every step of the way, right up until move-in day.
